Donglin^TM DL-801 AND DL-869 are special PVC processing aids basing on Poly(styrene-Acrylonitrile) developed by our company .comparing with general purpose acrylic processing aid,they have the higher molecular weight and viscosisty,they are designed by our company for cost-saving purpose owing to the balance of cost and performance.
Donglin^TM DL-801and DL-869 all have the faster fusion.in PVC process they don’t have almost any affection on Vicat softening points of PVC finished product.they can efficiently improve surface-gloss of PVC finished products.they are mainly used to produce all kinds of opaque PVC products with needs of Hi-surface glossiness and lower cost.
In addition,our DL-869 is also used to produce PVC foaming products as special PVC foaming regulator as well as for ABS application.

■Packaging and Storage:

25kg/bag with PP valve bag and PE inner bag or 600kg/sack. It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings with shelf life of two years,it can be used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.

■Applications:

DL-801 and DL-869 are recommended for all kind of opaque PVC products,especially for indoor applications,in addition DL-869 is also used to produce ABS products as well as for PVC foaming products as special PVC foaming regulator. Recommended using dosage:1-2kg per 100kg PVC resin for PVC rigid applications.
